Fives rotary table grinders are based on over 90 years of experience and development in the high precision grinding sector.
Rotary table grinders are made to grind big parts which would be difficult to proceed on conventional grinding machines. Examples are big bearings, pump covers, supports, big gears and similar parts up to 2500mm diameter. The workpiece is fixed by a mechanic or magnetic device during the grinding process.
Fives Giustina grinders are efficient solutions, even when a high amount of stock removal is necessary. This and the possibility to grind also multiple parts on the same machine gives the customer the flexibility needed. With the Giustina RV universal grinder it is also possible to grind inner, outer and plan surfaces without fixture change.
